Broad Plain improvements

This project involves the improvement of the underpass from Unity Street to Counterslip/Jacob Street. Entrances to the underpass are cramped, poorly lit and unappealing. All this means that the underpass on a National Cycle Route is quite dangerous in terms of user conflict, safety and accessibility. Ideally, we would open the entrance up to make it more accessible, inviting and functional.
