Dings bus route

As service changes failed to include the Dings we secured WESTlocal funding for a bus route that links the Dings to Brislington and Central Bristol. WESTlocal is a fund from the West of England Mayoral Combined Authority. Funding for the scheme comes from the Department for Transport’s Bus Service Improvement Plan. This will mean residents have access to vital amenities not currently available in the Dings, like grocery stores, pharmacies, and schools. Those with mobility issues will also be able to more easily access Old Market. We are working with all stakeholders to try and secure a stop that serves Avonmeads in future.
