Bristol City Council is upgrading St Jude's flats

St Jude's Flats upgrades

External structure, energy efficiency and fire safety upgrades will take place over the next three years. Our CIL money and Parks department funds will bolster landscaping and play improvement funding. 

The project - £17.5m worth

Energy efficiency and ventilation

Windows, doors and vents will be replaced to improve energy efficiency to ensure the buildings are cool in summer and warm in winter without costly energy bills. 

Fire Safety

Fire and carbon monoxide alarms will be replaced as well as doors to ensure residents are kept safe and have secure exit routes.
